charming, charming, charming
This good stay brought me joy with its beautiful vintage architecture and spacious, well-equipped Double or Twin Room with Sea View. I loved starting my mornings on the lovely terrace, enjoying breakfast while overlooking the captivating garden and distant sea views. The staff's warmth and willingness to provide local insights added an extra touch of personal care to my experience.
100% recommend 😊❤️

The venue is stylish, clean and the location is particularly good and excellent just next door to the centre which required a driver or a cab to go into town as well as Santa Margherita and Portofino. The staff are amiable and the room was good sized with a balcony.

Hotel Canali, Portofino Coast, features charming Art Nouveau architecture and good gardens filled with lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees. The staff, especially Melany, were helpful and offered fantastic recommendations. Breakfast was a lovely spread enjoyed outside on the terrace.
Air conditioning issues need urgent addressing.

Very good classic hotel, just 10 (walking) minutes away from the citycenter. When we arrived they give us a free upgrade to the junior suite. Breakfast was exellent and the staff was verry helpfull.
Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working and internet wasn't performing verry well.

I appreciated this property - peaceful and special hotel.
I came here for 4 nights and had a really really nice stay. The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was extremely friendly and excellent. The venue was in a particularly good position very close to town centre, ocean front and train station, the town center and sea side, and Rapallo. Also, I was at a moderate distance from Church of the Living Word...

lady at reception was very friendly and very helpful and informative with visitor info for area. The hotel itself was a lovely elegant old building, well looked after and very well presented. the room was small but very clean and comfortable. our room had a large balcony which was very pleasant to sit out of an evening. the breakfSt served in the morning was varied and very nice. enjoyed the lovely pastries and apple tart, also nice to have english tea in th morning. the hotel had a lot of character and a nice feeling of warmth about it. enjoyed it v much, best so far on our trip in Italy.
only thIng I would say is that restaurant did not provide dinner but wasn't a problem for us as we were in the town to eat at night anyway, where there is an abundance of restaurants.

This hotel is an absolute joke. The parking situation is ridiculous, not free like it should be. The amenities are laughable-no free water or slippers, it's 40 degrees outside! I would have expected a complimentary gesture for all the hassle but the staff was too busy ignoring my requests. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.
